The rules, in plain words.

You need to be at least 16 and give us a real email address. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One membership per founder.

Membership is for founders with a live, launched product that hasn't made money yet. You verify it by connecting a key from your payment processor. By connecting it you authorise us to read your sales data with it, now and on a regular schedule, for as long as it stays connected. Use a key that can only read wherever your processor allows it.

A first genuine sale ends the membership automatically. We rely on what your processor reports; if you think we got it wrong, email us and we'll take a look. Expulsion records stay public as part of the Club's history.

Your project details, feedback, replies and updates stay yours. You give us permission to display them on the Club and to use them to show off the Club (for example, a screenshot of your profile). Public project details may also appear in the business directory of our sister project, Verified Operator.

Be useful and be decent. No harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or anything you don't have the right to post. Don't list a product that isn't yours. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

The Club is provided as is. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for what other people post or for decisions you make based on feedback here. Nothing here is financial, legal or business advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which is nothing.

You can stop using the Club at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy). We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll update this page and tell members by email.
