Palettefox watches a Figma file for token changes and opens a pull request with the updated CSS variables, Tailwind config or iOS asset catalogue. Designers change a colour once; engineers review a diff. Nobody sends a Slack message.

Token pull requests now include before and after swatches and a short summary. Designers still edit once; engineers can review the result at a glance.
